What type of logo file should I send?
We prefer to receive vector EPS files. If that is not available and you only have a TIFF or JPEG file, we will accept it as long as it is, at actual size, 300 dpi (dots per inch). *Special Note: For embroidery and silk screening onto gifting items, only vector EPS files are accepted.

How do I send you a file?
Send us an email to: orders@chirosuccess.ca. We’ll open your file and ensure it fits the requirements of the item you’re ordering.

Can I see a sample?
YES! Use the menu above and click on the product you are interested in ordering. A large picture can be viewed by clicking the thumbnail picture of each item.

What kind of proof can I expect?
If you have an email account we will send a PDF file. If you do not have internet access, we will send you a fax.

When can I expect delivery?
For production status, email us at orders@chirosuccess.ca or call 1.800.944.6961. If you have a particular time frame in mind because of an upcoming event, let us know and we’ll do everything we can to meet your deadline. General delivery is within 1-3 weeks, depending on the item and location.

Do you have any other gifting ideas?

What is the author authorization charge?
The $20 charge applies, after the initial proof, to every additional round of changes. This will only apply if there is a change to the original text or instructions that was supplied to us from you through our online form or by fax. You will not be charged if we were responsible for the change. We will not accept ‘approved, with changes’ and will always supply a final proof.

What are the shipping charges?
We ship all items by ground to save you money. If requested, your order can be shipped overnight. We will determine the shipping cost before delivery and you will be notified of the cost before your credit card is charged.
